The hour a month of routine content updates on White Glove is use-it-or-lose-it. Unused time does not roll over, does not accumulate, has no cash value, and is not a refund or credit.
Priority means your request goes to the front of the queue. It does not mean round-the-clock staffed cover, and H7 will not pretend a one-person studio provides that.
White Glove starts at $149+/month. Complex WordPress installations and e-commerce stores take materially more work to look after and are quoted accordingly.
Website Care is not an ongoing SEO campaign. Care keeps your website managed, maintained, hosted, protected and supported. Ongoing SEO, broader search optimisation and content campaigns are separate services unless a proposal specifically includes them. How H7 handles SEO
Why this exists
A great many small business websites are built well and then quietly rot — an expired certificate, an unpatched plugin, a backup nobody ever tested, a host nobody can log into any more.
It usually is not neglect. It is that the person who built the site moved on, and the owner was never going to become a systems administrator. Website Care exists so that gap does not open.
H7 takes on care for sites it did not build — after a short review first. Agreeing to maintain code nobody has looked at is how you end up responsible for someone else’s emergency, so a look first protects you too.
