Payment Options

Two ways to pay
for your website.

Both are straightforward, and both are stated in full below. Whichever you choose, the scope and the total are fixed in a written proposal before any paid work begins.

Option one

Standard Purchase

The conventional arrangement, and generally the cheaper one overall.

To start
50% of the agreed project total
Before launch
The remaining 50%
Commitment
None beyond the project itself
Website Care
Optional, chosen separately

Work begins once the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received. The balance is due before the site goes live. Larger projects may be split into more than two stages — that is agreed in the proposal rather than invented later.

Option two

The H7 Managed Plan

A lower amount up front, and a predictable monthly payment instead of a large balance at launch.

Base $1,500+ Custom Website example

$399to start

$249per month × 12

$3,387 total over the 12-month term, for this base $1,500+ Custom Website example.

What the Managed Plan includes

  • Your qualifying website build
  • The applicable H7 SEO Foundation
  • Standard H7 White Glove care for the whole 12-month term

What you should know before choosing it

Term
A 12-month commitment
The example above
Applies to the base $1,500+ Custom Website only
Larger projects
E-commerce, advanced and higher-scope builds receive adjusted Managed Plan terms — not $399 + $249/month
Ongoing SEO
Not included. It is a separate service, by proposal
After the term
Website Care continues at the applicable plan rate if you want it

Being precise about what this is

The Managed Plan is a service agreement.

It is a way of paying H7 for a website and its ongoing care over twelve months. That is all it is, and the language matters.

  • It is not financing
  • It is not a loan or a credit product
  • It is not offered by, or through, a lender
  • There is no credit application and no credit check

You are paying H7 directly for services, on a schedule, under a written agreement. If a monthly payment plan is not the right fit, a Standard Purchase is available for every project.

Exact payment amounts, dates, term and cancellation terms are set out in the written agreement for your specific project. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit or financial advice.

Choosing between them

Which one is right?

A Standard Purchase suits you if

  • You can comfortably cover the project total across two payments
  • You would rather not commit to twelve months of anything
  • You want the lowest total outlay
  • You already have hosting and care arranged elsewhere

The Managed Plan suits you if

  • A large payment before launch is the actual obstacle
  • A predictable monthly cost fits how you run the business
  • You want the site looked after without arranging that separately
  • You would rather one number covered build and care together

H7 will tell you honestly which one makes more sense for your situation, including when that is the option H7 earns less from.

There is a payment-preference question on the enquiry form — “not sure yet” is a perfectly good answer to it.
